Plan one trip at a time
The developer's October 16 inventory blog describes limited carrying space as a deliberate part of expedition planning. This tool helps compare a small construction plan against the supplies already at camp.
Start with one Workbench or storage item, add your available materials and read the “To gather” column. Adding a second recipe increases the shared material total rather than producing separate shopping lists. Surplus stock never becomes a negative gathering requirement.
What the totals mean
Each selected craft makes one item in this small dataset. Chains list the Workbench station; other entries list Crafting. The calculator does not add the cost of stations, discover missing recipes or convert finished ingredients into raw materials. If you need Iron Rods, it counts rods rather than silently adding an uncertain amount of Coal.
Recipe availability and the amounts shown in your current game menu take priority. These six costs come from one secondary analysis, not our own save. Choices remain in the current page only; reloading clears the plan.
