A door is not always a breakable barrier

If an interaction mentions a mechanism, weights or a repair, inspect those parts before repeatedly attacking the obstacle. The prison weight door has a player-reported floor lever to repair; this is a different problem from matching a breakable obstacle to a tool.

Use the evidence label

Two separate player discussions support using an Axe on roots. The other rows summarize one secondary release-file analysis. Their presence in a table does not mean they have all been independently tested by this site.

This finder does not provide tool pickup coordinates, a required hit count or a promise that every visually similar object can be destroyed. It also avoids importing a demo route into the full game. When an object does not respond, first check its type and your build, then follow the linked guide for the relevant prerequisite.
