Our recommendation is to write down three groups: interactions available now, collection you must check before a story transition, and finale-specific conditions. Check the achievement list after completing a condition so that a failed unlock is noticed while your route is still fresh.
Version 1.0.1 officially adds retry handling when two achievements unlock together. That is useful diagnostic context, not a guarantee that every missing achievement will be awarded retroactively.
