The wiring is on the AUDIO page of the Technical Manual: OUT 2 to IN 6, OUT 4 to IN 5, OUT 5 to IN 2.
Lockbox: 0002
Each VHS tape lists a kill count: Rear View Lies 0, Red Light Dead Night 0, No Brakes No Mercy 0, Finale Last Exit 2. Put them in that order and you get 0002.
Green safe: 66666
Only one guide we checked lists this code and does not establish an in-game clue. Treat it as a single-source report, not an independently verified solution.
The Driver
The boss here is The Driver. Beating him earns High Speed Collision and drops the 8 Ball Gear Shift memento, which is missable. Finishing the lot earns Dead Air, Final Cut. The TV station also hides the Red Driving Glove memento (shoot the vent, then climb down the ladder) and one of the nine inventory pouches.
