Patch 1.0.50.0 - Backpack rework
Deep Dish Dungeon's developer says patch 1.0.50.0 is available, with a backpack change and fixes targeting multiplayer and save reliability. Backpacks now remain equipped after death, while items that are not retained move into a larger recovery pack. Hosts gain player-kicking controls and a way to recover misplaced treasures through the catalogue.
What to know
The notes also describe fallback world saves, temporary-file saving on PC and an option to disable head movement. Balance changes reduce bat damage and lengthen bat and eel respawn intervals. Other fixes address bow behaviour in multiplayer and several inventory, world-loading and collision problems; the official notes contain the full list.
Key points
- The backpack rework changes which equipment stays with a character after death.
- Save protection, host controls and multiplayer bow fixes are included in this patch.
